Hi, I’m Jérôme—a technology enthusiast driven by design, inclusion, and solving complex customer challenges. I blend technical expertise with a customer-first mindset, bridging gaps between needs and solutions. As a security researcher at Nokia Deepfield, I focus on network security, specializing in countering DDoS threats.

I am deeply committed to fostering inclusivity in tech. Since 2009, I have been an active member of EQUAL!, Nokia’s LGBT+ Employee Resource Group—one of the industry’s oldest. In 2019, I co-founded Nokia’s OUTstanding Leaders program, a cross-company initiative empowering LGBT+ professionals.
