Hi, I’m Jérôme. I have a deep interest in technology, design, and inclusion. What I enjoy the most: working with customers to help them solve complex problems, and being their voice within my own organization. I have a strong affinity for security (netsec, infosec) and love blending the technical with the commercial.
I work as a security researcher for Nokia Deepfield, interested in everything DDoS — and have been in a bunch of different technical business development and product management roles (Alcatel, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia).
I’ve been fortunate to lead EQUAL! — Nokia’s LGBT+ Employee Resource Group (and one of the oldest LGBT+ ERGs anywhere) since 2013, to help make my little corner of the tech industry more inclusive; and I co-created Nokia’s OUT Leaders program in 2019.
When I’m not working or tinkering with computers or networking software, you might find me running, hiking, or just walking around with my Q2 in hand.
